Change may include Family, Relationships, Job, Finances, Career and Business. The threat of change or change itself induces Anxiety and Worry. Anger, Rage, Stress, Moodiness, Negative Attitudes, Bad Temper, and Isolation can be some of our learned behavioural responses, which in turn may make life seem unbearable.
